Harshil Gala
Chief Executive Officer
Harshil Gala joined NTT in 2011 as a management intern and rose to the rank of Chief Executive Officer. In his role as CEO of NAVNEET TOPTECH, he is responsible for overall growth, and expansion, and is in charge of developing key business strategies. Since taking charge as CEO, he has been instrumental in launching the CBSE curriculum and LMS, making NAVNEET TOPTECH a national player. Harshil holds a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Bachelor of Management Studies from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Shamik Bhattacharya
Chief Technology Officer
Shamik leads in developing, introducing and implementing new technologies alongside mapping the platform’s technological capabilities. With 18+ years of in-depth technical knowledge, scalable product development, Shamik, in his previous stints, has been associated with Hello Group, Intel Corporation etc. He holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science + PG Diploma from IIM Bangalore and London Business School in marketing & strategy.

Pradip has 25+ years of rich experience spanning across diversified roles in Sales & Marketing, Strategy & Business Operations, Product Management & Category Marketing. A passionate sales leader, he has established Navneet’s educational book brands PAN India over two decades. Pradeep holds an MBA degree with specialization in Marketing.
