The future of work is no longer a distant idea, it’s unfolding right now. Across industries, Artificial Intelligence in the workplace is transforming how teams think, collaborate, and deliver results. At NAVNEET, this shift sparked an important question: Are we truly AI ready?
The answer became a movement.
The “Let Us Be AI Ready” initiative was launched not just as a training program, but as a step toward meaningful digital transformation and AI adoption across the organization.
AI often feels complex, filled with unfamiliar terminology and rapid innovation. The goal at NAVNEET was simple: make AI practical, accessible, and relevant to every function.
Leaders across business units nominated team members to participate in focused AI training sessions. Over the course of:
- 6 sessions (3 in Maharashtra, 3 in Gujarat)
- 200+ employees trained
- Representation across all business units and functions
Navneetians immersed themselves in the building blocks of AI literacy and intelligent automation.
Making Complex AI Simple
The sessions covered advanced yet essential topics such as:
- Foundational AI Literacy
- Prompt Engineering
- Context Engineering
- Agentic Workflows
- AI Agents
What made the difference was the approach. Instead of theory-heavy discussions, employees engaged in hands-on simulations — building prompts, designing workflows, and experimenting with AI-driven solutions relevant to their own roles.
The shift was visible. Conversations moved from “What is AI?” to “How can I automate this task?”
The 30-Day AI Challenge: Turning Learning into Impact
Training was only the beginning.
All participants are now part of a 30-Day AI Challenge, where they must automate at least one task using AI and measure the impact on:
- Cost
- Effort
- Quality
- Time
To encourage deeper adoption of AI tools and workflow automation, winners will receive company-sponsored paid AI subscriptions.
Already, several employees have started building agentic workflows and benchmarking performance improvements. What began as a learning initiative is quickly becoming a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Preparing for the Next Phase of Work
“Let Us Be AI Ready” reflects a larger commitment investing in AI upskilling, workforce transformation, and operational efficiency.
We’re not just excelling at AI integration in our products; we’re also preparing our task force to operate and innovate in an AI-driven environment.
